Our Simple Beginnings

Our Simple Beginnings

This kitchen started back in 2010 in a small town in Maryland with one goal: to serve fresh food made the right way. In 2017, the doors opened in DC with the same promise. Every pizza is spread with house-made sauce, every gyro and kabob is marinated for hours, and every wing is baked to keep it lighter. No shortcuts, no greasy trays sitting under heat lamps — just care in every step, from prep to plate.
Made Fresh For You

Made Fresh For You

Nothing here is pulled from a freezer and rushed out. Each order is cooked after it’s placed — whether it’s a jumbo slice, a soft pita packed with halal meat, or a tray of wings coming hot from the oven. It may take a little longer, but that’s how real food should be. Guests stop by because they know what they get is honest, filling, and made with purpose. The goal is simple: serve meals that feel earned, not assembled.
A Place Built on Trust & Good Food

A Place Built on Trust & Good Food

Our spot isn’t just about kabobs or gyros — it’s about serving food the team is proud of. Families visit after a long day. Friends gather on the patio. Late-night workers grab something warm to take home. Each person leaves feeling they were cared for, not rushed. That’s the mission. Halal, fresh, and handled with respect. Whether you're dining in or ordering online, you’ll always know what you’re getting — real food made right.
